The project is conceived as one low-density-feel township over some 25.9 acres, with the 19 wings (each 2B+G+18; Wing 5 at 3B+G+18) spread out to free up generous landscaped zones, water features and recreation decks between buildings. The three Santorini-inspired clubhouses and the Olympus Plaza form the central spine.
Each Sobha Neopolis tower stands 18 floors above ground over two basements, with a total height of 57.6 m, with Greek-themed Mediterranean detailing carried across the façade. The elevation images of Sobha Neopolis always feature the blue-and-white palette, domes and arches that anchor the project in the Santorini design language.
The Clock Tower entrance plaza is the Greek-themed arrival statement off of Panathur Main Rd. The plaza leads into the Park & Plaza Zone — Olympus Plaza, the amphitheatre and the BBQ & picnic park are all beyond it.
The great social plaza, Olympus Plaza, is at the centre of the township, with the open-air amphitheatre stepping down from its eastern edge. The BBQ and picnic park, fiesta park and pergola trail all lead off from the plaza into the surrounding landscape.
The Santorini clubhouse facade uses the signature blue and white colour scheme with a low dome anchoring the forecourt. Inside the clubhouse, there is a gymnasium and fitness studios, as well as co-working lounges and multipurpose halls. The indoor recreation footprint contains indoor games, entertainment lounges and the seniors' corner.
The meandering pool winds its way through the Recreation Zone, with cascading waters and Greek-themed water features integrated into the surrounding landscape. The Active Zone is complemented by a separate leisure pool and the Kids’ Zone has an aqua park.
The Active Zone boasts full-format tennis and basketball courts, a cricket net, the multipurpose activity field, the skating lane and the cycling track — the everyday active-lifestyle infrastructure woven with the reflexology walk.
Kids' Zone - aqua park and children's splash zones, toddler's pad, cycling track and dedicated play park - in line-of-sight of clubhouse decks for parent supervision.

SOBHA homes’ bathrooms are fitted with CP premium fittings and sanitaryware - Grohe, Kohler or equivalent as per specification sheet. Vitrified flooring in wet areas with anti-skid finish is a standard feature.
Sobha Neopolis construction images: seismic-resistant RCC structure coming up with aluminium (system) formwork – SOBHA’s signature backward integrated construction technique. Phase 1 (Wings 14-19) is registered for handover by 31 December, 2028. Progress of each phase is tracked on the KA-RERA portal.
