Sobha Neopolis Smart Home Features

Standards are not options in Sobha Neopolis smart home, but a part of every apartment. Each unit is equipped with video door phone with intercom to security cabin, gas-leak detectors in kitchen, TV and data points in living room and one bedroom, modular switches and concealed copper wiring. The split-AC provision is in the principal rooms. The intercom is linked to manned security at the perimeter and gate, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
